For low competition keyword, submit to several low authority Social Bookmark sites will make your blogs appear in page 1 on Google search engine.
Like other social bookmark, these type of social bookmark sites have footprint that can be found easily using Google. Below i will give you tips how to find low authority SB websites in google search.
1. Enter Google Search
2. Enter this keyword in Google edit box
intitle:Published scoops
or
"newest" "top24h" intitle:Published scoops

inurl:/upcoming/newest/ intext:"login/register"
3. Enter each of social bookmark websites you found in google
4. Register in social bookmark website you enter and the website will send you email for username and password. And then you can start posting your blog post. Some websites don’t accept new member, just skip these type of websites and keep searching.
For better result, i suggest you to bookmark max 10 link every day. Don’t bookmark too much, because Google will recognize it as spam. To know which one is good social bookmark website, you can check their Alexa Rank. Smaller rank means better websites.
